Serves all youth and adults in the state of New Jersey. Trained professionals respond to the issues: peer/family relationships, bullying, and substance abuse. Has an interactive web site, www.2ND FLOOR.org, that features surveys and an interactive message board that gives young people the opportunity to raise issues and get answers online.

Is a full-service behavioral health managed care company in NJ Children’s System of Care for children, youth, and young adults who are experiencing emotional and behavioral challenges. Provides the following services: Screening, Youth Case Mgmt Services, Intensive In-Community Services, Mobile Response and Stabilization Services.

Acute Psychiatric Services (APS) provides primary psychiatric emergency and crisis intervention, both on and off-site, for individuals of all ages, including children and adolescents. These services are located on the Rutgers Biomedical and Health Sciences Piscataway campus in the UBHC facility located at 671 Hoes Lane, and are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
