Meet the Counselors - Rory Keegan

Ms. Rory Keegan

Ms. Keegan is excited to begin her first year at CJHS. Ms. Keegan grew up in East Brunswick before completing her Bachelor's in Psychology and Education at the University of Massachusetts Amherst and most recently graduating from the School Counseling Master’s program at Rutgers University. Before becoming a School Counselor, Ms. Keegan worked as an Instructional Assistant in special education and preschool settings. These experiences revealed her passion for supporting students’ unique needs and creating learning opportunities for social and emotional skill development. Ms. Keegan creates a positive and welcoming space and values collaboration in creating solutions to social, emotional and academic concerns of students. Outside of school, Ms. Keegan spends lots of time with family at the beach and taking long walks and road trips with her dog, Bear.
