Meet the Counselors- Kayla Lopes

Ms. Kayla Lopes

This is Ms. Lopes's second year at CJHS! Ms. Lopes graduated from Pace University with a Bachelor's in Applied Psychology in 2022 and recently graduated from Seton Hall University with a Master's in Counseling and an Ed.S in Professional Counseling. In addition to a school counselor, Ms. Lopes is a Licensed Associate Counselor where she focuses on counseling individuals in a private practice setting. Ms. Lopes provides a comfortable environment and tailors to each student and their individual needs. When Ms. Lopes is not at Churchill, she enjoys practicing hot yoga, mindfulness, spending time with family and friends and playing with her two Australian Shepherds, Nala and Enzo!
